Stress

Did you know that stress and worry has an impact on your blood sugar?  Yes stress will cause your blood sugar to rise.   It has a major impact on metabolic activity.  You cannot avoid the stress that comes, but there are some things you can do to help decrease the rise in your blood sugar levels.

  1. Maintain a positive attitude
  2. Change what you can and leave the rest alone
  3. Talk about your stressors
  4. Take control of who you allow in your circle 
  5. Exercise
  6. Eat healthy meals
  7. Listen to some quite music
